What services do you provide?

We provide monthly bookkeeping, account reconciliation, invoicing support, accounts receivable management, bookkeeping clean-up projects, and year end reporting support for service-based businesses.  Our goal is to keep your financial records organized, accurate, and up to date so you can focus on running and growing your business.

Do I need to be caught up on my bookkeeping before working with you?

No.  Many clients come to us with bookkeeping that is weeks, months, or even years behind.  We can review your current records, organize past transactions, correct errors, and bring your books up to date before transitioning to ongoinig support if needed.

What bookkeeping software do you work with?

We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and can help organize, maintain, and manage your financial records within the platform.  If you are currently using a different system, we'll discuss your setup during your consultation and determine the best path forward.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing is customized based on the size of your business, the number of accounts and transactions, and the level of support you need.  During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals and provide clear pricing recommendations with no obligation.

How often will we communicate?

Communication frequency depends on your service level and business needs.  We are available by email, text and scheduled meetings, and we believe in keeping clients informed with timely updates, clear communication, and responsive support.

Can you help if my bookkeeper is behind or disorganized?

Absolutely.  Many businesses come to us because their bookkeeping has fallen behind or become difficult to manage.  We can review your records, identify issues, organize past transactions, and help bring your books up to date so you have a clear picture of your business finances.

Do you work with businesses outside of New York?

Yes.  Because our services are provided remotely through QuickBooks Online and other secure digital tools, we can work with service-based businesses throughout the United States.  Consultations document sharing, and ongoing communication can all be handled virtually.

Do you handle payroll and tax filings?

No.  Elevare Business Solutions does not provide payroll processing, tax preparation, or tax advice.  We provide bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable support, and year-end reporting support to help keep your records organized for your CPA or tax professional.

Will I still have access to my financial records?

Absolutely.  Your financial records and QuickBooks Online account remain yours at all times.  We work within your bookkeeping system to help keep your records organized and accurate, and you'll continue to have access to your financial information whenever you need it.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We specialize in supporting service-based businesses, including consultants, contractors, home service companies, travel advisors, real estate professionals, and other businesses that need organized bookkeeping and billing support.  If you're unsure whether we're a good fit, schedule a consultation and we'll be happy to discuss your needs.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No.  We believe in earning your business through quality service and clear communication.  Service agreements are customized to your needs, and we'll discuss all terms and expectations during your consultation so there are no surprises.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. You'll work directly with Elevare Business Solutions throughout the engagement.  We believe in building long-term relationships through responsive communication, personalized service, and a clear understanding of your business and bookkeeping needs.
